There is almost no such thing as a “standard” contract. Each contract is unique and merits the attention of an experienced lawyer to raise the proper questions and deal with the proper issues. Although your review will not be from a legal point of view, but rather from a layman’s point of view, you can at least read and react to what is set forth in the contract.
